Mr Rahman is a student of mine whom I taught Civil Engineering Department at The University of Asia Pacific. I found him serious with his academic study. He is an energetic young man with intellectual ability and possesses and outgoing personality. He has the potentials of working conscientiously and efficiently under tremendous pressure.

So far I know Mr Arifur did not take part in any activity subversive either of the state or of discipline.
